Marci Ciu-Naujokat - Personal Biography

Marci Ciu-Naujokat has been practicing Yoga since 1990. In 1998, she learned the Ashtanga yoga system from Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Rolf Naujokat in India and later apprenticed with Maty Ezraty and Chuck Miller for 4+ years. Her teaching blends the Ashtanga system with an awareness of alignment. For students who have injuries or physical limitations, she uses modifications to support a non-aggressive approach towards the practice.
