How to Order
All prices and fees are in U.S. Dollars. Prepayment is required for all orders. Ashtanga.com accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or U.S. currency drafted checks and money orders.

Shipping Rates & Policies
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
$5 for the first unit item
$8 for two unit items
$10 for three or more unit items

Domestic Delivery Time: Orders for in-stock items are shipped using U.S. Mail or UPS ground delivery for delivery in 3 to 7 business days.

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (i.e., to countries outside of the United States)
$12 for the first unit item
$5 for each additional unit item

International Delivery Time; Import Fees: International orders for in-stock items are shipped via airmail for delivery in 2 to 4 weeks. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import fees.

Sales Tax: Orders delivered within California are assessed sales tax (8.25% for deliveries within Santa Clara County, 7.25% for deliveries outside of Santa Clara County). Orders delivered outside California are not assessed any sales tax.

Return Policy
You may return unused, unwashed merchandise for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Pack the merchandise securely and ship it via insured mail, UPS or any other traceable method. Send returns to:

Please include with your return the following:

(1) Receipt or copy of receipt
(2) Description of how you would like us to handle your return/exchange

You can expect a refund of the cost of the merchandise in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For phone exchanges (credit card orders only), you will be precharged the cost of the replacement merchandise when shipped. You will be credited the cost of the returned merchandise upon receipt. We do not reimburse return shipping charges.
